The Tutoring Process

At Brainpack, we believe that effective tutoring doesn’t just come from memorizing or lecturing. Active participation in the learning process entails analyzing, discussing and collaborating in order to comprehend and retain. Our tutoring is designed to encourage deep mental processing and student engagement with the class material.

1. Unpack Your Brain
Each new student to brainpack will be given an assessment during their first session that will assist in gathering their baseline data.

2. TC&Me
Lessons will be created that are tailored to each student's needs.

3. Elevate
Data will be collected weekly to measure students' growth.

4. In the "Know"
Progress will be communicated with parents weekly regarding student's sessions.

Our Founder

Mrs. Clark has always been passionate about education. Her love for teaching became more evident as she became a stay-at-home mom and took on the role of being her children's "first teacher." She taught her children important academic skills thus leading them to be above grade level at the start of their schooling.

She has several years of teaching lower elementary in both the public and private sector. Mrs. Clark enjoys providing students with foundational skills in reading and math, creating a joy and love for it at an early age. She enjoys teaching children how to advocate for themselves so that they can "own" their learning. Mrs. Clark has a Bachelor’s in Human Development and Family Science from the University of Georgia.
