Cancellation Policy

Brainpack Summer Camp

 

Each one-week session is $300-400 per camper (consisting of a weekly fee, optional extended care fee); all fees are paid in full at registration plus a 3.5% processing fee. We have an Early Bird Registration promotion during the month of February.

Summer camp cancellations, refunds, and changes: 

Please be advised: for planning purposes we strictly adhere to the May 1st deadline. Brainpack Tutoring LLC reserves the right to cancel, change, correct, modify, and update these policies at any time. 

 

• Cancellations and changes are due by May 1, 2024.  $50 registration fee, and 3.5% processing fee is always non-refundable . Please limit changes to ONE change per camper (changes are subject to availability). Multiple changes are strictly prohibited. Waived registration fee of $50 ends on February 28, 2024. 

 

• May 1st and after: No changes or cancellations, no exceptions. Balances will have to be paid in full if registered on May 1st or after. NO payment plan offered during this time.

 

• Absences: If your camper misses part or all of their camp, we do not offer makeup days/credit/refund/exchange for unused camp or extended care for any reason including camper illness or dismissal. 

 

• As a small business, we are unable to issue cash/credit card refunds; refunds are always given in the form of Brainpack Summer Camp/Tutoring credit.
