Where do I Drop-off and Pick-up? 

Campers can be dropped off in the front of Midtown International School, 1575 Sheridan Rd NE 30324.

 

What do campers bring to camp?

Lunch, snack, water bottle, towel/blanket, change of clothes. Campers will not have access to a microwave or refrigerator.

Which camp sessions are full?

Details will be updated daily as sessions fill.

I need to add extended care (or I’m not sure if I added extended care) for camp. Can I do that now?  

Please add extended care during registration . However, you may also add extended care on the first morning (only) of camp. Please bring cash or a check made out in advance to Brainpack Tutoring. We do not offer refunds/credits/exchanges/ transfers for unused before/after care or camp. You will not be able to add extended care beyond the first morning of camp.

What are your hours? Do you offer before and after care?

Yes, we offer before and aftercare at an additional cost. During extended care, we will play outside, have STEM games, activities or crafts in the room.  

 

  • Regular camp hours 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. 

    • Arrival 9:00-9:30 a.m​

    • Dismissal 2:30-3:00 p.m.

  • Extended care available 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

3:00-4:00 p.m. $100/week

Extended Care: All campers must be picked up by 4:00pm. There will be a $10 fee for the first 5 minutes and a charge of $1 for each additional minute past 4:05 p.m. These payments will be due at pickup.

Can my camper be paired with a friend/sibling?

We allow campers to self-select their groups; they are allowed to work with whomever they are most comfortable with. Spending time with friends is one of the best things about camp!

What is the age requirement?

Campers must be age 5 and up to age 9 in order to attend camp.  Our camps are only appropriate for campers who can consistently work in small groups and can follow multi-step directions.

What costs are due at registration? 

All fees are paid in full at registration plus a 3.5% processing fee.. 


Changes and cancellations are due by May 1, 2024.  A $150 deposit and a $50 registration fee are always non-refundable. Please limit changes to ONE change per camper (changes are subject to availability). Multiple changes are strictly prohibited.

Are payment plans available?

If a payment plan is needed, email info@thebrainpack.com subject line "Payment Plan-Campers Name." A 3.5% processing fee is collected with each payment.

The time line for a payment plan is as follows:

$150 Deposit and $50 registration fee due at registration

50% of balance due by March 30th

Remaining balance due by May 1st

Balances that are not paid by the due date will become cancelled and available to the next person. No refunds will be given for payments already received.

 

What are the coupon codes for the discounts?

Register by February 28th to receive a waived registration fee, code IQP05

Register for all 6 weeks to receive $150 off, code KMT37

My child was sick during camp. Can I get a refund or exchange for a different camp?

We do not offer make-up days/refunds/credits/exchanges/ transfers for unused before/after care or camp for ANY reason including camper illness or dismissal.

 

A household member is sick or has COVID but my child tested negative, can they still come? 

No, if COVID’s in the house then all campers must stay home.

Can I get a receipt for camp? 

Yes, an invoice can be sent to you detailing the fees charged. Send an email to info@thebrainpack.com subject line "Receipt for Camp" along with your campers name.
